About me! 

It's nice to meet you! My name is Camille Jeanty..

Born and raised in Napa Valley, Chef Camille Jeanty has dedicated her life towards achieving excellence in every facet of her life. Chef Jeanty graduated from the University of Portland  with a Bachelor's Degree in the College of Arts and Sciences with a specialty in French Studies. Throughout her time at UP,  Camille earned the high honors of Cum Laude, the Award of Excellence in French Studies, and to be a member of the Blue Key National Honor Society as well as Delta Epsilon Sigma Interdisciplinary National Honor Society. During a semester-long Study Abroad program in Nantes, France, Chef Camille wrote her dissertation about the Slow  Food Movement. Notably, describing the importance of strategically sourcing ingredients based on locality and seasonality in an effort to create a sustainable, low-waste dish that nourishes not only the whole body, but the community we live in. Chef pursues this ideology currently, working hand-in-hand with local farmers specializing in regenerative farming, building connections with the local community and supporting local artisans, farmers, and ranchers. Her top-notch education and hands-on experience make her the well-rounded Chef she is, today. 

 Grounded in traditional techniques, Chef Camille's approach honors the art of cooking whilst inspiring connection and a deeper appreciation for our sustenance. With numerous years of restaurant experience at some of the finest restaurants on the West Coast, she brings her culinary and hospitality talents together in perfect harmony. Camille has excelled in within every area of the restaurant industry, starting from the bottom and reaching top executive management positions. Her origins begin at her family's French Bistro in Yountville, humbly preparing the ingredients with which she would later in life find herself polishing dishes off with. Later in life, she acquired experience working as a pastry chef in Portland, OR. Camille enjoys working with savory dishes just as much as delectable sweet treats. Not only can she cook or bake any dish with confidence, she has Michelin-level experience and knowledge with wine and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Chef Jeanty is enthusiastic about pairing her dishes alongside a perfect match of wine, cocktails, and other spirits.
